1. He is the problem, and we are too

No incentives for peace, anywhere. I have done a 180 on Israel over the last several years. I'll believe they want peace when they act like it. Our government should start putting some REAL incentives down that will lead to peace, not the status quo.

4. I know;

I'm appalled at the relic of Israel left by Sharon and Netanyahu. It's become what Israel was founded to not be, and I myself have moved from a relatively uncritical supporter of Israel to someone who is highly skeptical of the Israeli government.

There's no excuse for attacking civilians; that is terrorism no matter if a government supports the attack or not. Palestinians must also control their extremists; but in my opinion Hamas and Likud deserve each other.

This could be Bibi's 47% video.
This is not a man who wants peace or diplomacy, in his own words.

6. Or another way: Obama won't get in our way, he's easily moved.

Wake up Mr President and face the fact that your administration is supporting a country very similar to the old South Africa and the total support is dragging our country's name though the mud.

10. Netanyahu's attitude is over 10 years old....he's been an asshole longer than that.

And he doesn't care how much American money he spends on the wars he starts, or how many American soldiers might be lost if he attacks Iran. We are the puppet of Israel's Likud government, and I'm sick of supporting their version of Dick Cheney/George Bush/Donald Rumsfeld.

air on his radio show occasionally should tell you what he's like. I listened to one of the interviews of him by Rush and it made me want to puke.

17. Nobody is a puppet of Israel's Likud government, except Israel's Labor Party who certainly are.

But a country of 7 million does not control a country of 300 million.

Netanyahu is certainly a Bush/Rumsfeld/Cheney type, however. Ugh.

He knows that money is what controls things in America....put money in the right hands and you can get what you want...you don't need to be a dictator.

25. England didn't control the empire mainly by 'putting money in the right hands'; it controlled it by

an army and an elaborate administrative apparatus. Fortunately that's over.

As regards Israel, as far as I can see, Israel is financially dependent on the USA, not the other way around. So it's if anything America that holds the purse-strings.

On the whole, countries' leaders, except under colonialism or occupation, collaborate with other countries because they choose to. E.g. Blair collaborated with Mad King George, but I wouldn't say that the Mad King controlled the UK, except insofar as Blair chose to be controlled. He could have chosen not to, as did Chirac.

31. It is not the money that Israel uses to buy our government.

that is done by our own citizens who back Israel....the Israeli lobby is the strongest and most influential one in Washington.
If you want to commit political suicide in America just oppose AIPAC...Now that is real control.
Real effective control does not seek to control everything....just the things that are important to reach the objective.

9. That is

why I don't think our President should be dictated to by Netanyahu. Amm he does is run back to his allies in Congress to hinder the President's ability to direct U.S. Foreign Policy in deciding this issue. He needs to set the rules down to Netanyahu. People keep claiming Israel can do what they want but this is not true. It is the U.S. that backs Israel in the U.N. and Security Council. Without the U.S., Israel would be isolated. We also give them military Aid. There is no way their small population can pay for the Industrial Military complex they have now.

11. Netanyahu and before him Sharon are the big problems here.

Too bad the Israelis and most of our American Jewish people can't see this. They are war hawk neo-cons and no different than our home grown neo-cons who promote first fear and then make us go to war when what we really needed was diplomacy and an agreement to root out terrorist cells not kill civilians and then shrug off collateral damage.

AIPAC may still have an iron grip on Congress, but the real depth of public support has eroded here as it has internationally.

16. Nothing will change until we get dirty money out of our Politics

The AIPAC uses its leverage on our political system. If any politician dares to utter a word that does not fully support the aims of the Zionists they are smeared and defamed and put out of office. Zionist dual citizens ,who only use our government to militarize the IDF and use this power to seize Palestinian lands are not loyal citizens of the United States.

There are not very many Israeli/American dual citizens, and most of them live in Israel.

Most AIPAC members are Americans and not dual citizens.

28. Dual citizens such as Those Romney advisors

Zionist neocons to name a few. We have many here who advise politicians on what to do,say and be in order to rake in the Zionist dollars. While not certain if Adelson is is in the category of dual citizen it is just one example of the dirty money works. He backed Romney because he wants the US to bomb Iran and is being investigated for tax evasion. SIMILAR to him are those neocons who have worked for the GOP. Such as Wolfowitz,Pearle.Krauthammer ect.
