AMIA renews claim for justice on 18th anniversary of bombing

The ceremony began this morning, where at 9.53 am a siren was rung, marking the time the attack took place in 1994, at the building along Pasteur 633.

The names of the 85 victims of the terrorist attack were being read out before an audience of family, friends of those who died and passers-by in Once neighbourhood.

Later, 85 candles were lit and roses laid in memory of the bombing victims, however this year speeches by family members were not given.
