Jamie Oliver - Being vegan doesn’t mean you can’t create knockout treats!

I like Jamie because he's the kind of chef who doesn't refuse to serve vegetarians and vegans (too many chefs out there refuse to cook for "picky eaters" as they call us.) He then uses his talents and imagination to create tasty things for us, without judgment.

Here's what he posted to his FB page today, though one of the links isn't working right, as noted:

I'll update my post. I even searched exactly on that recipe title and it said so such page existed. Weird.

Oh, and since you love anything ginger, I just looked at this recipe today for banana bread:

One-Skillet Dark and Stormy Banana Bread

It's not vegan, so you'll have to make your substitutions. Looks delicious, though
