Any Education Administrators or Policy Experts willing to Help Out on an 8th Grader's project?

Hello fellow DUers,

My 8th grader attends an American school here in Taiwan, and is working on a documentary to highlight education problems in the US. I was thinking it would be really cool for him to include an interview (phone or video - both Skype) with someone who is an administrator or a policy expert.

Very low-key, maybe 5 to 6 questions, 10 to 15 minutes tops. If you could help out, it would make his day (and help his flagging project considerably!)
