In Calif, monies set aside for foreclosure aid and

Big Bank accountability end up going to help the overall state budget instead. (Remember Calif has between 36 and 37 million people, so the monies spent here are equal to the budgets of half a dozen other states all put together.)

receiving those monies left that option open. I guess same as giving banks money without conditions, just not the little guys, we have conditions and have to pay for it as well.

How often the corrupt California legislators forget and leave loopholes in for their real constituents. Of course, they are most careful about NOT slipping up in the wording of real important pieces of legislation, like those concerning their retirement bennies or their salary hikes!

put barriers in place, but didn't just like they didn't with the banksters.
