1. Venezuelan prisons have some of the worst human rights records of them all.

Cuba may come a close second but they won't let you film in them. According to people who have been to Cuban prisons, they are no cakewalk.

3. I think any prison in latin america would be pretty crappy

still pretty disgusting about Venezuelan prisons though.

2. Abu Ghraib with more violence

well, its easier to see why there are so many prison riots there. what was that quote? "If there is a government that respects human rights, its the government of the Venezuela Bolivarian Revolution of Hugo Chavez".
