NED funds for (Cuba) travel, training, workshops

NED funds for travel, training, workshops

{snip}

The National Endowment for Democracy is a major recipient of U.S. government funds for democracy programs in Cuba. The NED, based in Washington, D.C., does a better job than most organizations in disclosing to the public how it spends its money.

Below is the NED's summary of its activities in Cuba followed by a list of the groups that it funds.

1. Stunning! Now, maybe, NED can consider funding those same programs right here!

Everything they seem to believe Cubans need is needed here, desperately!

They're using our money to try to trick them, too. They can't really show them how well things are going right here, to use this country as an example, if they tell the truth about it.

Simply amazing!

Can't have any US Gov't Cuban employees going without their favorite treats.

Happy Valentine's Day to you, Mika!

I understand the Black Ops people actually tried using Uri Geller for these purposes during the Reagan years. Alas, as great as he was bending spoons, for regime change, not so much. Probably made a bundle though, courtesy of the U.S. taxpayer.
