Related: About this forumAnd guess who is going to preside Maduro's "Commission of (un)Truth"... Diosdado Cabello!
The one who lied about the supposed US-trained paramilitary squads and the war arsenal held by the anti-chavista.
Remember him? The president of Venezuela's National Assembly?

(2,035 posts)Basically he's claiming that because Maria Corina Machado went to speak at the OAS about the situation in Venezuela makes her guilty of high treason, which somehow automatically removes her from her charge as a representative of the National Assembly, which can only be done after the Supreme Court had signed an official decree claiming this (after a trial, of course), which is not the case. Again, yet another example of the government wiping themselves with the constitution and how they don't care about the people that voted for her (she won with 80% of the electorate that could vote for her).
All this is doing is showing just how desperate Cabello and the rest of the government is. If not they'd just ignore her. I'm getting the feeling that at this point Disodado has more power in the central government than Maduro himself, and the dimwit is only there as president to make it look like there's a functioning "democracy".
