She's slowly building steam without admitting she's running, talking to audiences of up to 15,000 on "nonpolitical" topics. (And making up to 200 grand for each talk.)
And the PAC is well funded.
Interesting times ahead.

(43,049 posts)set yourself up as a target by announcing so early.
She's lining up her ducks, getting promises of support, and doing it all under the radar, like it's supposed to be done these days.

(40,416 posts)She is a very talented and gifted person. I am awed by her tenure as Secy of State. She did better than I ever thought anybody could do.
But I don't choose a presidential candidate three years before the nominee is selected and I hope others would see that same and advisable strategy.
Then, there's this:
Ms. Clinton has not expressed any desire to run.
That is one point in this post. That makes this is one of the better threads promoting her. I hope others follow this model.

(43,049 posts)I'm simply passing on news about someone I happen to admire, but there are a lot of people I admire who might run.
Yes, it is far too early for most of us to make a choice. If I were a player in this game, I might give to her PAC as an "entrance fee" as many others are, but I'm not in that position-- politically or financially.
