Hillary Clinton

Less than a year ago, Hillary Rodham Clinton, was named the most admired woman in the country. It was the seventeenth time that Mrs. Clinton earned the top spot, edging out Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Warren, and Laura Bush.
But just nine months later, Mrs. Clinton faces a media landscape that seems hell-bent on wrecking her with assaults on her integrity and her work at the State Department, which was once lauded by people on both sides of the political aisle.
What has changed?
The Most Admired Woman has dared to seek the top office of the country and threatens to be the first female President. And, people are freaking out hurling hyperbolic attacks about emails, Benghazi, and even the timbre of her voice.
In the year of Trump, many are attempting to undercut Mrs. Clinton as more of the same, an insider who is motivated by polls and too entrenched in the establishment when the country clearly wants an outsider.
The claim that Hillary Clinton is not an outsider seems like a quintessential Freudian projection, revealing more about those throwing shade than the person they are throwing the insults toward. Armed with knowledge, guts, and a resume that far exceeds any candidate even thinking of running for President, Mrs. Clinton faces an outsider plight who every American woman faces when applying for a job: Hillary Clinton is held to a higher standard than her male counterparts.
Blasphemous, partisan rhetoric you say? Lets look deeper at a few claims that have been made on the women and childrens advocate turned First Lady turned Senator turned Secretary of State....
