It has been an interesting few days here and great news in the real world for Hillary today.

Just remember to keep on being you are stay strong for Hillary in the face of her detractors.

Hillary is the most qualified in this race and will be our next president.

Friends were over and we viewed the DU this past hour or so and they could not believe the nastiest. Threads re positive information on HRC were immediately trashed and it seemed ok to do so per certain groups. But when HRC supporters responded, more ugliest ensued. Honestly, we had to laugh that's how sad it was.

Anywho, stay strong cause it gonna get worst.

It is clear there is a group of Sanders supporters that don't want us here. There are some standing up to them on Sanders side but not enough. The only way for this crap to end is for the admins and Sanders supporters to address this.

When we say it we are dismissed as I was today by a Sanders supporter and told to grow the fuck up.

I never really felt hated or disliked here until recently.

14. It's the majority running roughshod over the minority.

It's the same way when one discusses feminist issues or other social justice issues.

The majority will come swooping in and derail, insult, berate.... So, in reality, I'm quite use to it.

But that's not a democratic principle. We are suppose to stick up for the little guy, not pound him into the ground.

Not that Hillary is not a force to be reckoned with, she is, but in the sense that Hillary supporters are in the minority here.

Try not to get in a pissing war. Sometimes I've found that whenever I dare voice my opinion on the whole gun issue. There erupts such a pile-on from the 2nd Amendment crowd here that it's just not worth it. No explanation or defense on my part seems to hold water with them and the almighty fucking 2nd Amendment. So I just don't even bother engaging on it anymore. Fuck it. Let 'em get the last word and think they won. They didn't. And nothing any of 'em said to try to change my mind and show me how wrong and unfair and unreasonable and ignorant and (the name-calling and insults continue of course) I am - worked. NONE of it.

Just don't engage. I happen to like the low blood pressure I seem to have been born with. And I intend to keep it that way. AND continue opposing guns and the 2nd Amendment. AND voting for Hillary - in the CA primary AND in the general.

17. That happened to me the other night.. I put a new member's name in quotes and someone knee

jerked the alert button and the jury hid it 5-2.. and it was a Bernie Sanders supporter by the name of "Bernie Blower".. who sadly has since been demoted to "name removed".

Was it my fault he registered on DU with that name?.. I think not. lol

The first clue was probably his username.. they let just anybody in? rofl

and shockingly enough.. he turned out to be a troll!
