Man Busted For Public Masturbation WIth Baby Oil

36-year-old Christopher Edwards was trying to enjoy some quiet time with himself on Wednesday in CrossRoads City Park in Casper, Wyoming when a man drove by on a bicycle. The man called police and said that Edwards was completely naked and was masturbating on a park bench while watching pornography on his cell phone. The man also said Edwards ignored several requests to stop masturbating.
When police arrived they found Edwards who quickly tried to put on his pants. Baby oil, pornography, and his cell phone with porn still displayed on it were also strewn on the ground. They also said the bench was covered in baby oil and other unknown fluids.
Police also reported that you could see the outline of his body in oil on the bench.
Edwards was arrested and told police that he liked to do this sort of thing all the time. He is a Lifetime Registered Sex Offender with the State of Wyoming but was no longer under the state’s watch after completing a program.
