DWI Attorney Arrested For DWI

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Stillwater DWI attorney found himself in jail early Friday morning after being arrested for allegedly drinking and driving, authorities said.

Washington County jail documents show Samuel Surface was booked for DWI at 1:08 a.m. and released at 3:37 a.m.

According to Surface’s website, he can answer all your questions when it comes to DWI laws in Minnesota.

One of them was a Supreme Court judge and he was, unfortunately, one of the more liberal ones on the court. He got at least two, maybe three, DUIs while serving. SC judges are elected here, and he was defeated by a RWer.
