skype video problem

Daughter just installed skype on her i pad2, but can't get video to work. Audio is fine.
My skype has always worked well before, but i can't get video to work with her either.
(Incidentally we are both in the same house, now.) Any ideas would be really helpful inas we
skype with grand, great grand kids all the time....thanks....zoigal
