wife's laptop shutting down during candy crush play

do not know if this is the culprit but she has had the computer shut down and then restart with expected error message. "computer shut down wrong/ start safe mode/ normal start" She just told me it shut down last time when she was playing candy crush. using mozzila firefox browser and when it restarts she gets that "well this is embarrassing firefox cannot restart...."
What do you all think?
She is currently using computer i suggested she stay away from candy crush for a while to see if that is the culprit. so far no shutdown.

For some reason, Google shows up quite a few people with the same problem as the OP when playing Candy Crush, though. Is it particularly processor-intensive?

9. unistall candy crush

then run maleware bytes. see what that does.

even the humorous ones. i did run malware bytes and found 5 problems which were deleted? i think the over heating is probably the problem and will do the air blast thing. thanks again.
