This works for many of the Fake Anti-Virus scams

7. Thanks, but I am not sure I still have it. I did uninstall and ran Norton 360 and havent

seen any evidence.

9. I usually do a System Restore to

a week or so previous and then run ComboFix, Malwarebytes, and a full A/V scan. Also empty IE's temporary folder. Just finished cleaning up a variant for a client.
