Flash videos are zoomed in when I try to watch them. There doesn't seem to be any way to fix it.

This is happening only with a Chrome browser. Other browsers work fine. For some reason, suddenly all Flash videos and images I look at in Chrome are zoomed in. It looks like all I'm seeing is the upper left corner of the video. If I right click and choose "Show All" or "Zoom Out" nothing happens.

Rebooting doesn't help. Uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome doesn't help.

Has anyone here experienced this? Anyone have a solution?

There was a Flash plugin called "Pepperflash". Disabling that solved the problem. I don't know why.
