They have a free version which does not have the full functionality of the paid version. After using the free version for a short time I gladly upgraded to the paid version so I could sync my passwords across all my devices. It was totally worth it.

Including a link to comparison/review of several password management options.

Since I posted that, I have also added LastPass (belt, suspenders, and hands in pockets to hold up trousis, me...) and been fairly happy with it.

It has a bit of a learning curve at first but once you get it all figured out it is amazing and works across many platforms including mobile.
