Java Runtime update

Hi, I'm running Windows 7, using Firefox and Avast free. Avast keeps prompting me to update Java Runtime 7 32 bit, but I already have Java Runtime 8 32 bit. I believe my computer is 64 bit anyway. So I clicked on Ignore Updates for the 7, because it just would not update.

Here's what I've got, according to Avast updater:

Java Runtime 6 32 bit
JR 6 64 bit
JR 7 32 bit (updates ignored)
JR 8 32 bit

Is this a problem? I'm almost positive my computer is a 64 bit. Thank you.

It will tell you under system type what you are running as far as 32 or 64 bit.

For example:
System Type: 64-bit Operating System

You can uninstall any older versions of java you don't want using Control Panel.

We have detected you may be viewing this page in a 32-bit browser. If you use 32-bit and 64-bit browsers interchangeably, you will need to install both 32-bit and 64-bit Java in order to have the Java plug-in for both browsers.

I have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I have no idea what my browsers are - but I will install both versions to make sure I won't have problems!

I did an Avast refresh after un-ignoring the update and it says it's updated now. I seldom use any other browser except Firefox, other than the rare occasion using Chrome for casting.
