What happens to Trumps lawsuits if he becomes President?

It seems every other day the businesses of Trump etc settle another lawsuit. What happens to all those suits if Trump wins?

a sitting President. That business took up a chunk of his time and focus.

What is going to happen with all of his businesses? Who is going to run those? I thought a President had to put investments or business interests aside while serving.
