Ever wondered what people from around the world make of different British accents?

Well, wonder no more. YouTuber KoreanBilly has made an instructional video on how to speak in various British dialects — with a special focus on London and Liverpool.

"[The] Liverpool accent is one of the most famous British accents," says Billy, before cheerfully explaining how to pronounce the word "dock" in Scouse.

To be fair, he's pretty good.

Dialect are words that are only used in a particular region, accent is how you sound. Examples of dialect are bairn for child, mithering for complaining and mush for man. He's not attempted British accents, no Welsh or Scots, just English accents, and only two.

To be fair I've heard a lot worse, but I'd like to see him try Geordie.

When he lived here in the Twin Cities I could understand him, because he was speaking "standard" English, but when I visited him in Newcastle and heard he and his dad speak, I couldn't understand him as well.

I lived there for two years, fresh from the south. It took me a while to understand what was going on. Having said that they were really nice people, it's just so bloody cold up there.
