2. What's that crap on his eyebrow?

And for the record, I'm scared of kangaroos much smaller than that after a bunch I named the Roadkill Gang took up residence a few years ago in the park across the road from my house and got pretty cranky at people who wandered onto their new turf...

3. He was at the tail end of a match with Antonia Margarito...

...it's likely petroleum jelly put on by his cutman to protect a wound.

Petroleum jelly is put on the cuts and most likely areas of impact to make the skin more elastic and slippery, and hence less likely to tear. Some cutmen cover cuts with homemade salve containing a mix of petroleum jelly and adrenaline chloride, so that adrenaline keeps getting applied to the wound during the bout. Also, perspiration from above the eyes, will be prevented from reaching the eyes, by applying petroleum jelly to the eyebrows.

Are kangaroos really that aggressive? I was going to take Pacquiao, but if they're really that nasty I'm not so sure about that bet.

4. Urgh. It's not a good look...

Some kangaroos are pretty aggressive. I always thought the big red ones were the ones to avoid, but there's been a few cases of kangaroos attacking people and dogs....

Sorry about the tabloidy approach of the first link, but it was the only one I could find to an attack that happened a few years ago in a suburb not a stone's throw from where I live...

6. Problem would be getting the roo to fight

They can be nasty and do pack a kick, but mainly they just get out of the way. With Manny, you know you're going to get a fight.

Here are a few more contenders for Manny...
