Remember Scooter telling us that Illinois' high taxes would be a job boon for low-tax Wisconsin?

From Blogging Blue. Elkhart factory to close, 210 jobs moving to Illinois 210 workers at an Elkhart factory are about to lose their jobs. Gunite Corporation today announced plans to shut down its Elkhart plant by early 2013. The company will move its local manufacturing operations to Rockford, Ill.
