http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45755822/ns/msnbc_tv-the_ed_show/#46816045Scooter made an appearance on Fox "News" and Greta helped him lie about out-of-state money in the recall election, presenting a sympathetic picture of poor Scotty, victim of Big Union.
Ed exposes Greta's lack of journalism integrity, showing a series of softball pitches she lobbed up in front of the Governer (sic). And, oh yeah, what about that pesky investigation? Slipped Greta's mind.

(38,958 posts)the words "Greta and journalism integrity", in the same sentence is pretty much a non sequitur.
The world needs more
Your statement is true, but also (not in any way defending FOX Noise) but no one on Fox are journalists. Hannity, O'Reilly, Van Sustran, Beck, are all commentators, and claim journalistic approaches are not what they do. Cronkites and Morrows were journalists. Anyone who claims to be a journalist and states their view in writing are NOT journalists. A journalist tells the story through the eyes of both sides, and stays neutral in their opinions (in the written piece).

(9,760 posts)Is there any way you could take out the "slut" part of her name? I understand the anger, I can't stand to watch her either, but the word "slut" really bothers me these days because of Rush Limbaugh and just...well, I think it's time to retire terms like that, that's all.

(2,702 posts)It's not necessary and not helpful - in fact my first thought when seeing the post was why is it necessary to attack her with name calling?

(8,053 posts)you may disagree with her and her tactics, which I do, but it doesn't require calling her a slut... this has nothing to do with her sexual practices, which would still be none of our business.

(3,974 posts)"Whore" might work- while of course there is the gender connotation, it applies to males as well. Greta would certainly be in the running for "Whore of the Week" if that great web site were still up and running. I think "whore" in the way mediawhoresonline used the word is appropriate. I miss mediawhoresonline.com!
