A year has 365 days, minus 104 days on weekends, minus 11 days on vacation. That's 250 days. Let's say, he works 10 hours a day.

$144,423/2500h = $57.77 per hour (at minimum)

But if you never get any more money, no matter how long you've been working, how are you supposed to do that?

Clearly, they don't care about the average working person anymore. They're social Darwinists, and they just want to keep as many people as possible at the bottom.

My wife in some ways would love it if I'd go back to the private sector and make some real money.

"Back" to the private sector and make the big money? Who does he think he is- Mitt Romney? What's he implying- that he'll return to his lucrative law practice? Go back to managing the company he built from the ground up? Or maybe he just misspoke and meant to say cash in with a FOX talk show?

Other than a few years in an entry level "marketing and fundraising" position (part time?) with the Red Cross after dropping out of college, Scott Kevin Walker has lived handsomely on the hard working tax payers' money his entire adult life. Nothing but a hustler and a con man. He has nothing of substance or meaning to go "back" to.
