It was held at the high school on Mitchel Ave. There was a bit of confusion at first on where to park and no signs up anywhere as to where the open doors were that we were supposed to use. I wandered around with some other people who were wandering around, trying to figure out where we were supposed to go. We finally found the correct doors. Inside, it was even more confusing as nobody manning the front tables to greet people and show them which way to their particular district. I was caucusing in 212 and went to a sign which indicated 200 - 213. To my dismay, there was no 212. I had to ask three different times to three different members and found that 212 had moved. They didn't know where, just "over there" while pointing into a huge room of people, tables, chairs and confusion. It was somewhere else and I was left to find it without help. I finally found it after walking all around the building for a good half an hour. It was moved clear across the building, about a good 500 feet. I managed to get my vote in.

(6,839 posts)The school gym was filled beyond capacity, all parking lots filled, and a fantastic high energy level among the participants!
It was a bit chaotic and difficult to hear all instructions from our precinct leader, but a vast majority of the gathering were Bernie supporters.
When we caucused at this same location in both 2004 and 2008, our precinct turnout was maybe 15-20 people. Today, there were 90+ people from our precinct--unbelievable! I think the total number in the gym (maybe 10 or so precincts represented) had to exceed 1300.
Also wonderful to see how diverse the crowd was.
Very proud to be a Democrat today in WA State!
