Was election fraud tactic used here?

My friend is an ex-republican precinct commander and religiously republican. He complained to me that when he got to his scheduled caucus meeting it had been held 2hrs earlier than scheduled and over with prior to his arrival. He claims he had no prior notification to a reschedule of this event. My friend was disappointed that he could not participate in this caucus, he being very active politically. I read somewhere there was a reschedule notice that went out ONLY to Washington State Romney supporters. Has anyone here heard anything like this or have any facts supporting or refuting this?

1. Caucuses are set up to benefit the establishment candidate. Your friend's

candidate needed to do a better job of informing his supporters.

Dirty trick? Maybe. Election fraud? No.

2. This is SOP for Republicans in this state

Not sure if this particular incident occurred--do you have a link to what you read? I remember in 2008 that a lot of votes got mysteriously transferred from Ron Paul to McCain.

4. No link yet.

I could have sworn i first heard about this "trick" here in the DU, but after a little search I came up with nothing. I recall our discussion the day after the caucus, I boasted, (erroneously), that I had read about this in the DU before our chat. I spoke with my friend again today on this topic, he said that he was not so disappointed because he didn't expect Newt, (his candidate), to do well anyway. I hate living up to my chicken-little namesake, but I swear I read or heard about this "reschedule" late in the day of the caucuses. Now I am wondering if I got it off of the radio, AM1090 is on in my home constantly. .
