One-time Democratic presidential contender and retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark will visit Vinton tonight on behalf of President Barack Obama's re-election campaign.
Clark will launch the Obama campaign's "Veterans Star Validators" program in Virginia, which is a group of retired high ranking members of the military who support the president. They'll speak out on his behalf.
