Possibly dangerous weather situation developing in NTX.

Just thought I'd warn anybody who hasn't been regularly watching the weather here; there is a significantly dangerous situation developing across the area today; injuries have already been reported in Wise County, near Amon Carter Lake, and a large wedge tornado may have touched down in Parker County earlier(this storm, btw, appears to be especially concerning.)

Radar loop, D/FW area:

Stay safe, everybody.

Turning north toward Cleburne. Very destructive.

Sirens went off here in east Arlington for a while. Thankfully no tornado. Hopefully that storm over Cleburne doesn't head this way.

And that storm near A. Carter Lake had me a little worried for a while. Luckily enough, that one's now weakened.

(Another tornado warning just got issued for Dallas Co. though.....)

It's eased up over here. *phew* My kitties are not happy when I put them in the closet when the sirens go off.

Two deaths confirmed so far.

Hope those in the path of these storms stay safe.

Surprised there weren't any deaths in Cleburne from that mile-wide tornado.

I used to go out to Granbury with an old friend to visit her family. It was a tiny town back then.
