Health Insurance Exchange in TX

OK so Perry has bombed out on setting up an exchange. Where can I get info on who is setting up one in TX by the feds?

I have a son who needs to purchase health insurance and getting it from the federal program is more attractive than anything run by right wing Texans

I would like to actually have some health coverage. It would be nice if the state of Texas became as good at giving flu shots as they were lethal injections.

The GOP plans to delay action which require the FEDeral government to take action. This may delay insurance exchanges until 2014. This delay is standard for the GOP who hope to develop the way back machine so they can go back to 1950 when they had there last dark age.
