1. The last poll was a very GOP orientated poll that had Trump up 7%

Gary Mauro discussed this poll last week on a conference call and thinks that Trump may be up 2%. Right now, Clinton is up by more than 10% in Harris County and the party may sweep local elections.

I can't say for certain, but my guess would be to expect turnout to be in between a general v. md-term election. So if you can find those numbers from 2014 & 2012, an average would probably be what you could expect.

to convince the faithful that this predatory boor is a man of gawd and should be elected.

My guess is that most of them aren't buying it and will leave the top of the ticket blank, protest vote for Johnson, or stay home. The only question is how big the latter number will be.

It's really, really hard to find a Trumpster here in north central NM. There are a few of them in the conservative southern part of the state, one of them tried to run over a Democratic candidate for local office last week. I'm not making this up.
