Callahan County judge's son charged with second-degree felony in April OKC crash that kills boy, 6
BAIRD, Texas - Kelly Corn, the son of Callahan County Judge Roger Corn, was arrested and released on a $100,000 bond Saturday in connection with an April 5 crash in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, that killed a 6-year-old boy.
Oklahoma City television station KOCO is reporting that Corn faces a second-degree murder charge, two counts of causing an accident causing great bodily harm, possession of a controlled substance and leaving the scene of an accident.
Charges were filed Friday by the Oklahoma County District Attorneys Office.
The Callahan County Sheriffs Office confirmed Saturday that Corn, a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma, surrendered about 8:30 a.m. and was arrested. He posted bond and was released.
