4 people injured in explosion in Texas Tech Chemistry Building
Explosion may have involved chemical waste
Four people are being treated for minor injuries after an explosion just after 3 p.m. in the Texas Tech Chemistry Building.
Officials believe the explosion may have involved chemical waste.
The building has been cleared and clean-up is in progress, said Texas Tech spokesman Chris Cook.
Tech officials are investigating the incident.
