He lives in a rural, Republican area so I was curious and asked him who he voted for and why. He said "I voted for the one they told me to vote for". I was appalled. So, yes, people are bussed to vote and are told who to vote for. Republicans. So that actually is not a lie. On election day, they would charter buses to bring the seniors in to vote. Usually it was against the school district and its needs. They were so against any tax increase that they spent more money to defeat the increase than they would have on the taxes.
