Ads Paid by PA. Still Telling People they need Photo ID to Vote (Bloomberg News)

This problem includes three parts:
1) the State was slow to tell TV and radio stations to halt ads (that were paid for with tax dollars) that said that PhotoID was needed, after a judge halted the implementation for the November election,
2) they have made little effort to remove billboards that tell people they need PhotoID to vote, and
3) their updated TV and radio ads still emphasize a need for PhotoIDs and then effectively whisper a disclaimer that ID is not needed for this election.
Here's a new article on the subject by Bloomberg News:
"Confusion Sown in Pennsylvania by Lingering Voter-ID Ads.
Looking down at an intersection in Northeast Philadelphia, a blown-up image of a woman holding a Pennsylvania driver’s license is flanked by the Spanish slogan: Si Quieres Votar Muéstrala (If you want to vote, show it).
The state-sponsored billboard’s message may leave some voters confused about what’s needed to cast a ballot this year, after a court ruling last week blocked a requirement to produce an approved photo identification at polling places. Television advertisements highlighting the law that passed this year also were broadcast as recently as Oct. 6.
Lingering ads about the law in the Republican-led state may suppress votes on Nov. 6, opponents say, while just 3 percentage points separated the presidential contenders in a recent Pennsylvania poll...
“You want to be sure all voters are getting an accurate message, a consistent message,” said Ellen Kaplan, policy director at the Philadelphia-based Committee of Seventy, a nonprofit government watchdog group. “The worst problem in this case might be if voters still believe they need a photo ID to vote, and if they don’t have one, they may say, I may as well not go to the polling place.”
Billboard still on display in Phila., with no plans to remove it:

2. Bastards! We win in court, and they still will win.
By ignoring the court ruling, or at least moving too slow to rectify this, they can still get what they wanted. And what can we do about it???? I wish there was a way to have them jailed for contempt of court for this!
