PA. Supreme Court Passes the Buck Down to Lower Court Judge to Decide Upon Voter ID

They are open 5 days/week and have no evening hours. I checked the web site to see how convenient this would be for people. Not impressed at all at the state's efforts. The VotesPA website info directs you to the PennDot site and that site says they do not publish the hours or times of their centers!! So I guess you are s.o.l. if you show up and they are closed. I don't see how they have to study whether this is being implemented properly or not. A couple clicks of the mouse can tell you that.

and reading some educated opinions on it, my impression is that it's likely that it'll be put on hold until after the election.

I guess that these 7 (now 6) justices needed a job so they just set up this kangaroo court system. I am truly baffled.

I don't know why we should expect the lower court judge to do something he wasn't willing to do before. It seems to me his previous decision was political hackery so I don't know why he won't do it again.

The lower court judge already decided. Why in the world would he decide differently the second time around?

It will just add to the confusion and keep more people from the polls. People don't know whether or not to get an ID, what they need, etc. Way too many will just say the hell with it. And who could blame them?

I really expected them to stop implementing the process until after the November elections.

would have to prove that it's difficult for the elderly and disabled to get state id in a short period of time. Many of them have no form of transportation and other factors...
