2. Why does a person who is homeless and unemployed need an EXPANSION of Medicaid to qualify?

5. States vary.

In Texas with multiple lesions in both hemispheres, I had to be on SSI to qualify. Initial application was rejected. On appeal they sent me to three different State contract Doctors before approval. Texas brags about having the highest disability rejection rate.
