Tylers Tap Room at the Tobacco Warehouse is fine, if there isn't a game next door. We found that out last time...
Torrero's in Brightleaf Square is good. Or the one on 15-501, next to Chili's for that matter.
I can think of others that might be good, but cost comes into play
edit: I'm blanking on similarly low cost places (great food plus good place for conversation in Chapel Hill.
