Does anyone else have AT&T wireless for their home?

i have no phone and no internet since yesterday morning. i've spent the better part of two hours on the phone holding for tech support only to be told that there's a huge outage but can find nothing about it in the news.

i guess i just wonder if my misery has any company. i'm in Raleigh.

googled and it is in the news

and I have found their tech support to be "interesting" from time to time.

Best of luck! Do tell them you want a credit on your bill for the time of the outage.

i already asked tech support about it. she didn't know. i won't pursue it though if it requires another hour plus on hold.

3. Note the time of your outage

trust me they already know you are out of service. Get transferred to billing and insist that you get a billing credit. There is absolutely no reason to pay for something which you do not receive.
