McCaskill ad is worst I've ever seen

Called Akin's agenda "pro-family." Wow, that sounds horrible. Is he also pro-apple pie?

1. I have given up on Claire who has all of the political instincts of Warren Hearnes.

She has alienated EVERY Democrat I know. My guess she will get some "Yellow Dog" votes will bring that out in me. I voted for one Republican in 42 years John Danforth because I despised Warren Hearnes and McCaskill comes really close.

What exactly has Claire done that has made you not want to support her?
Missouri is not exactly New York or Maryland. It's a very conservative state.
This seat is a must win for the Dems to keep 51+

Claire's race will be very, very close and with ads like that she could lose.

She really has to step up her campaign and the quality of her ads.

Then went on to say Akin was very conservative. THEN, they went on to say Clare was to the Right of Akin on something. I missed what because I'm used to North Dakota politics and was trying to digest what I was hearing. It wasn't really making sense. But then even though ND is a red state, most people there at least have a reference to reality. What the hell is wrong with the people of Missouri, electing people like these down here? Missouri has many times the population to choose from.

From an E-mail I received whole writing this:

During the Republican primary, Akin made statement after statement that showed just how out of touch he is with working-class Missouri families. Here are a few of the most shocking:

He compared federal student loans to "Stage III cancer"
He didn't know what the federal minimum wage was, and wants to get rid of it altogether
He wants to hand Social Security over to Wall Street
He wants to privatize Medicare
He wants to preserve taxpayer subsidies for big oil and gas companies

Does that sound like someone you want in the U.S. Senate?

And Clare has some views to the right of someone like this?
