Supreme Court Judge Price to resign

In his resignation letter to Gov. Jay Nixon, Price defended the Non-Partisan Court plan against its critics, and asked that his successor be appointed under that plan. It's a strongly-worded slap at the right-wing Kochsuckers who want to gut the plan in order to pack the court with their right-wing allies.

Price's resignation would take effect Aug. 1st.
