The most Democratic county in Minnesota
You might think Hennepin or Ramsey is the most Democratic county in America, but according to the Secretary of State's Office, it's Cook County, home to the lovely Grand Marais. They had the lowest percentage of yes votes on both amendments.

5. The whole county has only about 5000 people, of whom
about 1300 live in Grand Marais, which seems to attract a lot of arts and crafts types and laid-back retirees from the cities, and there's also the Grand Portage Indian Reservation within the county. I know the ID question was a particular sore spot for Native Americans, who have previously been allowed to use their tribal IDs to register to vote.
