sadly the new legislature will also face a budget with a 900 million dollar shortfall- so much for the right stepping up to the plate-they struck out again!
they rant they rave they pound their chest-this fools some that they are capable players-when in reality they are like the mighty "casey at the bat"
they just keep striking out!
