GA man 1 month still in jail for seedlings on patio, thanks to wife and daughter

His daughter found seedlings on the patio and told his wife. His wife called 911. He's been held without bond at Fulton County Jail for more than a month now (since 4/17/2012).

He got released yesterday. I don't know if it's coincidence that I posted this on Monday, but if one of you guys got the ball moving for him, thanks. I don't know him but still I am glad for him that he's out.
