Austerity in Citrus County

begins with Progress Energy refusing to pay half of its tax bill.

This will put the squeeze on the schools, the police and fire, enviromental items,
building departments, in short, the entire ball of wax.

They also have the ability to short circuit any effective lawsuit against their decision
because those same tax dollars thay aren't going to pay would pay for a county attorney
and filing fees.
