1. Do they deliver to rural Newaygo County Michigan?

Not that any of Newaygo County is urban -- it's not, none of it. There are more white tail deer than humans. And don't get me started about the wild turkeys, porcupines, and the fucking raccoons.
But, if I had the money, I would pay anything to order a delivery from that guy. Chartered private jet and all. And I would still vote for President Obama.

3. Off topic - but my father's maternal line came from Newaygo County, MI!

Thaddeus Waters and Laura Weaver (my 3rd great grandparents)were the first two married Fremont - at the home of Daniel Weaver (Laura's father) who built the first log cabin in Fremont.
Sorry for the tangent, but it's very cool to see someone from Newaygo County when I almost never see it, except on my genealogy charts
