Kathleen Ford, former St. Pete Mayoral candidate addresses the St. Petersburg City Council straight on their blatant violation of the law concerning their plan to demolish the inverted pyramid destination landmark known as "The Pier."

Ms. Ford a former St. Petersburg City Council member exposes the illegal maneuvering employed by the council in their effort to replace the structure against the wishes of a majority of St. Petersburg residents.

Ms. Ford, an attorney has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the citizens of St. Petersburg to bring to a halt this ill considered and illegal effort to demolish a well known local landmark.
