Is anyone in Central Florida having issues with Netflix.

I am using Brighthouse and have recently been having issues with my Netflix speed. Streaming video in my other computers is not a problem. I have read about Comcast and Verizon metering Netflix. I am wondering if Brighthouse is doing the same.

Edit - It wasn't Brighthouse. The problem was my player was too far away from the router and it was the weak signal strength. I moved the player into the room with the router and it works fine. The Wii I was previously using worked good in that location. The new Samsung Blu-ray player, not so much.
