Any reasonably priced places for the Inauguration?
I need a place for two people - one adult and one child. Does anyone know where a person can find a reasonably priced place to stay?
Thanks for any and all help.

3. Check out this link

There is a private room per night for 55$$ about five places down on the page.
https://www.airbnb.com/s/Washington--DC?checkin=01%2F18%2F2013&checkout=01%2F21%2F2013&guests=2 Good luck! DC is of course expensive so 55 bucks a night would be a steal. |

Last edited Tue Jan 1, 2013, 06:05 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1) It has a continental breakfast, the owners are great & they have an off duty cop for their security. Nice people, all. It is within a mile of the Metro, and there is high rise, reasonable parking at the Metro stop. I was there for a week and did not regret it. The price was more than reasonable.

Comfort Inn
http://www.comfortinnshadygrovehotel.com/ Red Roof Inn 16001 Shady Grove Road Rockville (301) 987-0965 Both are close to the Shady Grove Metro - about an hour's ride from downtown on the Red Line. I think they might have shuttle service to the metro. I don't know what they're like, though. |
