3. What will happen when Marijuana Med. patients are denied welfare, for lawfully partaking?

Or poppy seed refusals? Or a guy goes all hairtrigger, as the choice is die, or fight?

5. could this possibly be backed by drug testing companies?

That $178 million spent in FL makes me smell a rat. The governor was a Medicare fraud expert at milking the government teat.

6. You can always spot the congressmen who weren't invited to parties in college

They assume people who test posititve spent tax money on the drugs.

They think that everytime someone lights a joint they charge everyone in the room a few bucks. They assume pretty girls pay their share for that line of coke, and no one would hand over a Vicodin or XTC without money trading hands.

There's only one other reason Republicans would want to cut people off from public assistance for failing a drug test, and it's not something they want to admit in public.

7. I propose the "You First" act

wherein any politician proposing legislation which compels any member of society to undergo testing for something must undergo the same testing (and standards).

Good luck with that PAP smear, guys ...
